Hello, you wonderful souls! It’s that magical time of the year again – Sober October is upon us!I love this change of season, but any change change be challenging for us, from finding what fits in our wardrobe, to the day length and less sunshine.  I love how over this month we really do see changes, and move into Hallowe'en, preparing us for November (my birthday month) with All Saints All Souls days, and  the smells and sights of fireworks on Bonfire  Night ( if you are in the UK) and Divali! As we gear up for this fantastic adventure, it’s natural to wonder how to navigate social situations without a drink in hand. I understand how in embracing Sober October you may be worried people worry you have a problem with your drinking - and that is likely mostly because you worry about that. 1. “I’m getting a bit competitive with myself (or someone else) and seeing how I can rock this Sober October Challenge!”

Why not start with confidence? Challenges are meant to be conquered, right? Embrace your sobriety journey as a personal challenge and wear it like a badge of honour.
